What is Blind Box?
A Blind Box is a type of product that keeps its contents hidden. Each box is identical in every way and nobody (including us) knows which collectible is inside. The figures from a series are displayed on the side of the box, along with odds of finding each one. You may also see one or two “secret” figures, which have the lowest odds and are shown in silhouette. Secret figures are rare and as a result are harder to find than others.
Can you explain Full Cases of Blind Box? Are there any duplicates?
A full case contains all common figures with the possibility of a rare/secret figure replacing a common figure. There are no duplicates in full cases, unless otherwise stated. The number of items per case may vary between product lines. Please refer to the product details of each listing for full information.
What if I want specific figures from a series?
We don't sell individual figures from the blind box lines. The chase is a part of the experience!
Do you ever run promotions or discounts on your website?
We only offer free ground shipping on US retail orders over $200 on our website. However, we do occasionally run promotions and discounts though our TikTok Shop. Please follow us on TikTok and check out our shop and livesteams! @kaleidoscreative

What should I do if my figure arrived broken or damaged?
Please email us at hello@kaleidoscreative.com or fill out the Contact Us form on our website. Approved defective items will be exchanged for the same item, based on availability. We will cover shipping, including the cost of shipping back the defective item.
What should I do about scuffs or paint imperfections?
Minor imperfections such as small scuffs, paint variations, or cosmetic flaws are not considered defects. These are common in mass-produced collectibles. See below for recommendations for how to clean paint scuffs. Please contact us if there are any major imperfections.
How do you recommend caring for figures and plush?
Vinyl and resin figures - Carefully dust or wipe with a damp cloth. Flocked figures - For dust, brush with a soft make up or paint brush or a cloth. For dirt or set in stains, lightly dab with a slightly soapy soft cloth or sponge. Avoid submerging in water or scrubbing as it can damage the flocking. Plush - Handwash only. See sewn in label for additional cleaning instructions.
How to clean up paint scuffs?
To clean up paint scuffs on a figure, we recommend carefully rubbing with a damp warm cloth or baby oil. Harsh scrubbing or rough material can scratch paint, so handle gently. Do not use rubbing alcohol or acetone as this can pull the paint off.

Please refer to product photography. Illustrations and renders may vary slightly from physical product.
SHIPPING INFORMATION

General Shipping Info:
We ship orders using trusted carriers including UPS and USPS. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service level. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
When will you ship my order?
Please allow 2-3 days for processing an order.

US retail orders $200+ receive free standard shipping?
Only domestic retail orders are eligible for free ground shipping. This discount is unavailable for international or wholesale orders. We offer free domestic ground shipping on retail orders over $200 within the United States. Orders below this threshold, as well as all wholesale and international shipments, will incur shipping charges calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country; these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
International Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees:
Customs clearance differs in each country. Although charges are not always incurred, your country may charge import duties and taxes. These fees, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient, so please contact your local customs office for more information.
Do you ship to my country? I don’t see it on the list.
We currently only ship to United States, Canada, and United Kingdom. If you know of a store that would like to carry our products in your area, please have them contact us. We’d love to get our collectibles into a store near you with the help from your local retailers!
PAYMENTS

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.
I see a pending charge, but I have not received a confirmation. Did the order go through?
All completed orders should receive an email confirmation, sent from hello@kaleidoscreative.com. If you see a pending charge without an order confirmation or a duplicate pending charge in addition to a posted charge, the pending charge should drop off your account within a day or two. This generally happens if someone checks out with Paypal and doesn't complete an order. Paypal must verify that a valid funding source exists before the order can be placed by creating a temporary authorization. So even though an order through Paypal was not completed, the pending charge will float on the account for a short time. If you’d like to check in with us about a pending charge, please email us or submit a message through our Contact Us form on the website. We are happy to investigate further to ease any concerns.
WHOLESALE

How do I sign up for a wholesale account and how does that work?
Businesses can sign up for a Wholesale Account through the Wholesale Registration form on our website. Once your account is approved, you will automatically see wholesale prices when you are logged in and you can submit your order directly on the website 24/7. How do I access web assets?
When your wholesale account is approved, you will receive a welcome email that includes a link to our Product Assets folder via Google Drive. Please contact Andrew Pettersen with any questions about product assets, or if you need the link sent to you.
How do I request a product catalog?
We have new releases every month! All active wholesale accounts will receive frequent updates via email presenting new products and in stock availability. A generic catalog will be available to view in our Product Assets folder, if you’d like to view our full menu of products. If you need any additional information, please send Andrew Pettersen a note, and we can help to accommodate.

Artist Collaboration Requests
We’re a very small team with limited capacity for new projects. The majority of our lines are developed with our in-house team of artists. If you have interest in customizing a Kaleidos Creative figure for one of our charity auction events, please contact us at hello@kaleidoscreative.com and we can add you to our contact list.
Artist Positions at Kaleidos Creative
We are a very small company in the beginning growing stages, but we hope to scale up in the future. We are not currently hiring, but please feel free to send over your resume and contact info to hello@kaleidoscreative.com and we will keep your information on file.
Influencer Collab Requests
Please email us at hello@kaleidoscreative.com with some information about your company or channel, and we will send you a request form to submit for samples and/or social media collaborations. Our PR/Marketing team reviews this list twice per month and sends out samples to selected collaboration partners.
Student Internship or Student Interviews
We are not currently accepting interns, however we are available to schedule 30 minute Q&A sessions with artists from the team.
